We're committed to you loving your order. To keep costs low to our customers we do not hold inventory on most special occasion dresses. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution. Please also keep in mind that most special occasion dresses are expected to be altered.
Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted on eligible items. Items eligible for returns will be marked 'Returnable' on its product page. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy to make sure your item is returnable. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and must be shipped back within 14 days of the original shipment date (the invoice date listed on your order invoice). Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Original shipping charge and fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- BRIDESMAID DRESSES (unless marked returnable), DRESSES MARKED AS SPECIAL OCCASION OR SPECIAL ORDER, SALE ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, INTIMATES, JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, ITEMS MARKED AS "FINAL SALE" OR "NON-RETURNABLE", AND ITEMS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- Returns received without a RMA#
- Returns postmarked 14 days past the original shipment date (order invoice date)
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including but not limited to items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, stains, missing hangtags, and/or missing original packaging
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds. Returns not meeting our policy may be subject to a 30% restocking fee or may be denied and sent back at the customer's expense.
Request a RMA# and ship your return within 14 days from the original shipment date (order invoice date). Follow these instructions for returns:
Contact us to request a RMA#:
You may contact us through our online contact form. Select subject 'Return Request', provide your Order #, and list the item(s) you wish to return. If your Return Request is approved, you should receive an email with a RMA# and additional information to complete your return.
Fill out the Return Form section of your order invoice:
The Return Form section is located on the bottom of your order invoice. Include the RMA# and list each item and the quantity being returned.
Pack the return merchandise with the order invoice:
Securely pack and seal your return merchandise along with the original invoice or a copy with the Return Form section filled out in an appropriate shipping box/package.
Ship the return package:
Ship the return merchandise to the address provided in your return request approval email. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from original shipment date. Pay the postage for any delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you insure the package and ship using a trackable method. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Bon Robe is not responsible for merchandise we do not receive, including return packages that are lost or damaged.
Please allow 5-8 business days after we receive your package to process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the funds to post to your account. Store credit will be issued to the customer if we are unable to refund the original form of payment (i.e. expired card).
We are not offering exchanges at this time.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
In the event you received any faulty styles or incorrect merchandise, please contact us right away. We will do our best to resolve the issue. We may require you to ship the item back to us, along with a tracking number (if found to be our error, we will refund all related shipping charges).
