Bon Robe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we ask you confirm your address before placing your order.
All orders shipped come with a tracking number. You should receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking information provided may be from the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping time frames given in the product description are estimates only. It is possible we may ship your order out earlier or later than the given dates. Time frames are overestimated, and in most cases your order will ship out in the earliest date provided.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are via USPS Priority Mail. Express deliveries are not available for these destinations.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
If you are shopping for several people and want to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
If you missed a delivery, the shipping carriers may make additional delivery attempts or provide other options for obtaining your package. If for any reason a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered, or is sent back, a 50% restocking fee will be incurred for each item returned to Bon Robe and the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, the costs for the shipment returning to Bon Robe, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. All applicable costs and fees will be charged to your original form of payment and subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international order shipping rates, with the exception of Canada, are based on the order total. Orders shipped to Canada are a flat rate. Estimated arrival time is 9-21 business days. We currently ship to the following countries:
